Hi All,
What to do when you don’t know what to do?
I heard Bobby Connor preach a message with this title recently and it got me thinking about times when I have been in a position when things were not going the way I assumed they should go for a believer.
Many years ago Debbie and I were living in Calgary, staying with some friends while getting settled and trying to get out from under a serious financial dilemma. It was just before Christmas and I thought maybe we would have enough money to make our Christmas a bit more cheerful for us and our two small boys.
I was working for a courier service and I was making my last drop at a seniors’ home. It was parked in a dark parking lot. I jumped in my car and backed right into the door of a new car.
Thoughts rushed through my head. No one was there, no one saw me. I couldn’t afford this.
What to do when you don’t know what to do?
This is the challenge of faith, when everything around you is going wrong, faith does the right thing.
You are a person of faith and will always come out on top when your faith walk is one of integrity before God and man.
Ps 9:9: The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, A refuge in times of trouble.
