Greetings to all,
I find that every person I meet has their own story. When I am introduced to someone new, over a period of time I get to hear their story.
Usually they begin with the good side, the side that makes it sound like they’ve got it all together, but I almost always find that this story is never really as good as it sounds; when I get to hear the whole story I am often in wonder how they made it this far in life having experienced such a degree of trauma.
We can all write about our past, good or bad, but did you know you can also write your future? Many of our past experiences may have been shaped or even arranged by others but from today you can decide to write your own future.
There are always some things beyond your control, but when you decide to take charge of those areas in your life that you have complete control over, you can write your own future.
Start with finding out what you are really passionate about. Believe that God made you for success. If your present circumstance isn’t what you want for tomorrow, do something that will make it impossible for it to stay the same.
Remember, most people live their lives allowing others to dictate what their future will be like. You are not one of them.
Ask God for His vision for your life. He will deposit a desire in you to experience the future He designed specifically for you. His vision for you is awesome!
In Jer 29:11 God says, “I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for” (The Message).
It’s your time to make a choice about your future instead of simply reacting to it.
