Greetings to all,
As I sought the Lord’s direction as to what to share this week I sensed these words come up in my spirit.
“My spirit is always ready to be called upon. He is always there in time of trouble. There are few that will be sensitive enough to call upon Him. Call upon Me and I will answer.”
Have you ever gotten into a difficult situation, and before you know it you have already been dealing with it for some time before you realize that you haven’t asked the Holy Spirit for help? Often they are things that start out small, things that we think we can take care of ourselves, but as the situation grows beyond what we expected we work ever so hard, not thinking that we have resources from heaven ready to work on our behalf.
I once got caught in a serious trial and reached a point of desperation when I suddenly realized that I hadn’t called on the authority of heaven for help. After Debbie and I prayed, within 24 hours the situation turned a corner and for the next fifteen years we reaped the benefits of heaven working on our behalf.
I encourage you to make a habit of asking Holy Spirit to partner with you in the little things. If you invite Him into the little things you will find Him present as you go through the difficult times. He will help bring the possible out of impossible situations and He will use the painful things for the glory of God.
We were not created to walk alone. Jesus said, “I will not leave you as orphans” (John 14:18). He sent the Holy Spirit to be a part of every area of our lives. Make Him welcome.
Love to all…
