Greetings to all:

Many unbelievers have been asked the question “are you saved?” While this is a valid question, the response is often “saved from what?” Can you fully answer that question?

Salvation is so huge I don’t know if anyone can fully explain the greatness of experiencing it. In Romans 1:16 the apostle Paul says “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes…” He says the Gospel is the power behind salvation.

In our Bibles, “salvation” is translated from the Greek word, soteria. According to Vine’s Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words, soteria is “Deliverance, preservation, of material and temporal deliverance from danger and apprehension.”

I like to say “salvation is deliverance from all molestation from the enemy.” The gospel can deliver from anything that is contrary to the Kingdom of God. Do not take lightly the reading of the Gospel message. You may have heard it often but there is contained in it the power to address all anxiety, anything that would come against you to molest or pervert God’s purpose for you.

There is Healing in the Gospel, there is Hope in the Gospel, there is Life in the Gospel.

Read the Gospel, hear the Gospel, sing the Gospel. The good news that Jesus is alive and He knows your name.

Love to all… pb
