Father’s Day may not necessarily be special to some people but one thing we do know is that the position of a father is special. The day itself may be just another day for some but to be a father means that every day requires a demonstration of a father’s heart expressed, toward his children, that will establish them with a sense of security and hope.

Your earthly father may not have measured up to the task but our heavenly father declared for all the world to hear. Speaking about you He said “I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn you.” Jer. 33:3.

As we come together as the body of Christ we demonstrate to our children that our Father in heaven has revealed His heart of love toward His family.
