One of the reasons I love this quote is that it shows you how to deal appropriately with people. You keep your relationship healthy in God, but at the same time protect yourself and not become a doormat.

My daughter loves this quote and is living her life by it. She’s 22 and has never had a boyfriend. I love reading quotes from Christians who have walked the walk and not only survived but thrived. They have had struggles, but through it all, they trusted God and received the fruit of their faithfulness.
